  • Hands down the best doctor in the valley. Hands down the worst front desk staff in the valley. Have to make sure they submit your bills to insurance and submit and submit again. Because they won't unless told or won't submit the whole bill. They will argue with you at the front when you have a scheduled appt and over the phone about your insurance making sure you walk away. We have skipped out on seeing him on several occasions at this point because office staff was insisting we HAD to pay these HUGE bills then and there that they clearly hadn't submitted to insurance. It WAS worth it at first to deal with the hassle to see him but now we are across the street for a sick visit because the gal claimed he 'might not take [our] insurance'. Our insurance hasn't changed in the last 5 years we've been a patient there and the website clearly states they take our insurance on both ends.
