  • This is the quieter, more low-key bar in the Cosmo, compared to Chandelier. It's also very pretty and conveniently located next to check in. I had the Paradigm Shift, "A play on the imbittered cocktail, the Trinidad Sour with Meletti & Cardamaro Bitter, Aged Cachaca,Yellow Chartruese, Citrus & Pistachio Orgeat. Served with a Choose your own adventure Pipette of Bitter." The drink was creative, fun and well balanced. It wasn't too sweet and I liked the self serving bitters you can portion yourself. The chartruse flavor was also fun. I think this bar is a little less exciting than Chandelier but it's solid and perfect for those looking for something more chill.
