  • This company was ridiculous. So glad I finally bought a house so I don't have to deal with my landlord anymore. He sent out these people to complete some MINOR MINOR repairs since my landlord wouldn't allow me to complete them myself. Two repairs that would have taken 1 hour to complete (including the trip to Home Depot) took 6 hours for these people to finish. They gave me a time frame of 11-2pm for repair and they showed up at 2:30. Then he took a phone call and got parts from his truck for another 20 minutes. This company is a joke. Should have just paid for the parts and done it myself. My time is more valuable then waiting around for 6 hours for a simple repair.
