  • Although we were a little annoyed by not getting the type of room we thought we'd reserved, Dave B. is the man! My wife, friend and I came out for my birthday and thought we had reserved the Lanai Suite; however, upon arriving learned that it had not gone through Marriott, or something. We were a little annoyed since we were looking forward to the jacuzzi, but Dave did his best to accommodate us. Although it wasn't quite what we'd expected, or prepared for, we still had a nice South-facing room that provided amble room and hangout area for us between day drinking and night drinking. Not only was sit a large room, but it also had a nice TV, wet-bar and a wrap around balcony that although we barely used, was still nice. I want to come back tot he cosmopolitan, but I think there needs to be better coordination and communication for what room is actually reserved. Next time I would like to stay in the Lanai Suite. Thanks Dave B, for taking care of us at check in to the best of your ability.
