  • Update 7/30: after three maintenance requests, including a visit from management, they installed a window a/c unit in the bedroom that would not cool down. It is now comfortable in that room. Once things escalated to Noelle, we did receive resolution on this issue. Additionally, we were offered the opportunity to move to another unit. However, there are no other units available at this time. Due to the fact that Noelle is now assisting us, I have updated my review to 2 stars.
