  • Amazing! Loved everything about the hotel, my room, location, pool, decor, free parking in garage, etc. Highly recommend! We went in August, so we really appreciated the parking garage to shelter us from sun and heat. I loved walking through the mall to get to hotel. It was just something fun to do and you're in ac. The rooms were so nice. We got just the standard room but loved it. Has a useful kitchenette. The soaps and shampoos and lotions were PeterThomas which is pretty fancy. Also, I loved the smell of the hotel... Smelled like white tea both in our room and the lobby area. Very clean place. Beds were comfy. Only complaint is hotel remote didn't work on TV but we didn't watch alot of TV...come on we're on vacation! Also the jacuzzi tube air bubble jets were dirty when we turned it on where it blew out hair from prior guests. So, make sure to rinse out air bubble jets in bath tub before using. House keeping was super nice. We didn't ask for our room to be cleaned but asked for extra toiletries bc we stayed 5 days and they sent up a week worth of items in a bag for us. How great is that?!!! Staff was so professional and nice. Location is awesome. You're right in middle of the strip and anything and everything you want is within walking distance. Again, being connected to the mall was fun and convenient. Just an overall great experience. LOVED IT!
