As a single woman, it's often hard to be comfortable with a service technician coming into your home. I was completely comfortable from start to finish with John's Refrigeration. The technician really cared to educate me about my system, and didn't use language that made me feel uneducated (even though I don't know much about my a/c and heating units). He explained a couple upgrades that could be made, but was not pressuring about having them done at that time. He even told me positive things about my system and its set up. Within two hours of the appointment the main office contacted me to make sure the service was satisfactory, and they even set up a call-back for my next evaluation. I purchased a $199.95 performance plan, which includes two major inspections (they even go into your attic) per year, coil cleaning, and then some. Definitely worth the money. And I don't fear them coming back again in May/June to take a look at the A/C unit. Comfortable and courteous. I'll return as a customer.
