rev:text	This is the noiset Library I have ever been in. People talking on the phone with FULL voice and other talking and yelling across the library floor (upstairs) in an area where it is suppose to be a "quiet" area. Staff is kind and sweet but when it comes to enforcing basic library etiquette, I have yet to see staff tell anyone of their noise level, especially upstairs. All I ask is that you enforce basic library rules i.e., no talking on phones in a quiet area!!!!
