  • I walked into this place not knowing anything about bikes. They were super helpful and spent a lot of time with me explaining the differences, riding different bikes, etc. I didn't buy a bike at that time but I went to visit three other places. DNA was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. i decided to go back and buy the bike from them. The one year of free tune ups has proved useful as I've been getting quite a bit of use out of the bike. There location made it easy to test out bikes (huge parking lot behind the shop). Overall, very pleased.
