I haven been with this guys for many years now, I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in eye care for me and my family but something has changed with them. Had my appointment on December 21st and I'm still waiting for my prescription glasses. very disappointed with the service this time around. I called twice already to ask for an update and the excuses they gave me, though kind of make sense even though they should have called me to let me know of the delay due to "insurance procedure changes", but I don't really buy the story. I feel had I up graded to the expensive ( over $600 ) glasses the doctor recommended I would probably gotten them by now.
I guess it's time to take my business somewhere else. I'm sure I'd be welcome and valued as a new customer elsewhere.
