If you're looking for the best noodle soup in the East Valley, then you found it. Hand pulled noodles that you can see being made through the window that they have into the kitchen. At one point an older lady came and watched over the younger guy pulling the noodles as if to make sure that it was being done the way she was taught. So you can only assume there is some history to what they are doing here and it shows in the food. I got the ox tail noodle bowl and pan fried dumplings. Both were delicious and decent portion sizes. I have seen some negative reviews about hospitality here, but it was not an issue for me. It definitely was not the over the top American family chain style restaurant service, but it was not bad service by any means. I recommend it to anyone who can appreciate a good broth and delicious fresh noodles.
