| - Ease of scheduling: 5 stars.
Punctuality: 5 stars.
Doctor: 5 stars. Patient, listened me intently, and got me back in with 2 trials until my contact lens prescription was perfect.
Price: 3 stars. Products (not the exam!) are overpriced.
Front desk: knocking down because of the receptionist named Sherri - 3 stars.
I have astigmatism, which can be difficult to prescribe contact lenses for, so the first "trial" prescription I went home with still left me with blurry vision. Doctor brought me in for a second "trial" with a new prescription, which were awesome! He told me to call back in 1-2 days if the second ones worked out for me.
The other receptionists and people working the front were perfectly great. It is because of Sherri that I am not returning to Eyetique later. If you call the office and she is the one picking up, more than likely she will not get back to you unless you call back again, or she won't follow through with what you're looking for. She pushed me to order my contact lenses through the doctor's office instead of through any other retailer, and completely changed her attitude when I told her I just wanted my contact lens prescription / not order through Eyetique. She kept telling me that Eyetique can price match, and still kept trying to push + give all the reasons why ordering through their office is still better. Okay lady, I can choose where I spend my money to buy my contact lenses.
I asked for my contact lens prescription the first time, and she sent me my glasses prescription. NOT the same thing... so I had to call again the next day and ask one more time. She started accusing me of trying to order prematurely when my contact lens prescription wasn't "finalized", and that a THIRD "trial" lens was on its way so I wasn't entitled to my contact lens prescription anyway. WHAT THIRD TRIAL? I PAID MONEY FOR THIS! Woman, don't go all power tripping on me. I told her that the doctor said if my second "trial" lenses worked out for me, then I should call back to let them know so my prescription could just be finalized and sent to me. She raised her voice against me, insisted I was wrong, that I didn't know what I was talking about, and talked down to me, haughtily saying she would confirm what she said to me with the doctor. Minutes later, she called me back with a curt apology and said I was correct, before finally sending me my prescription.
Come to this place if you can avoid this lady! Which you probably can't.
