More than one hour and thirty-five minutes for the basic, $15 wash with no special requests or handling--whiskey foxtrot tango!! I will not be back and simply would not have come had I known this would be the case.
The lady at the drive-through register was great--efficient and friendly. However, the rest of the experience was trying.
I waited about 10 minutes to be able to enter the car wash after paying. After that, I waited *another* hour and 25 minutes before I got my car (it still wasn't ready but I had to interrupt the service and leave.)
There was no special handling or issues for me or my Chevy Trailblazer; just waiting and waiting and waiting...
The supervisor or manager did offer half off my next wash when I explained why I had to interrupt the wash and leave but there were a few problems with that:
1. They should have told me up front this would be about a 2-hour basic wash service so I could have said. "Heck no" up front.
2. Mgmt should have initiated the service recovery and not waited for me to raise the issue.
3. That was a discount for a *future* visit! Seriously? That's called a "bill."
4. Half of $15 is $7.50 why would I throw away another 1.75 hours of my life for just $7.50?!
After retrieving my car, I got some gas at my first and last FF discount, threw my new loyalty card in the trash and didn't look back.
