  • A-OK. They do a better job servicing their tourism travelers compared to their business travelers. The rocking chairs are everywhere for you to use I guess, in between flights maybe. Not sure why you would need a rocking chair at an airport. I prefer more chair/table/bar options so I can use my iPad laptop to write more YELP reviews than what is available at the Charlotte Douglas IA. Their wifi coverage is pretty good and they have charging stations. They have a very easy layout between terminals not to get lost. The high ceilings make the airport seem more spacious than what it is. It's a nice looking airport inside. I would like to see more local business come to this airport. Something other the the Carolina Pit BBQ would be nice. They also need to update some of their restrooms.
