  • I used this service a few times and then cancelled. The first clean was great they had a few issues but all were resolved. My issues started when I was out of town and a neighbor texted me the door and alarm code I created for the cleaning team. They shouted it out twice when entering the home. If the neighbors can hear it shouted out then surely others can hear it. I was not excited to have a potential safety issue. There were always different people coming to clean and continuity was a challenge. I only have one parking spot and every week I had to deal with confusion and upset cleaners due to the parking. Not sure why parking logistics wasn't put into the notes for my home. Also I work from home and the team never arrived at the time of the appt. Because they always sent new people I had to field questions about parking etc or have them knocking on my office door while on calls bc they were early and didn't know where to park etc. The quality of the cleanings went down hill and got progressively worse. The final straw was when the couch wasn't vacuumed but pillows were rearranged to try and hide dog hair. I really wanted to like this company but spent more time dealing with issues (not all listed) and quality concerns. I let the company know I was cancelling due to issues and they didn't ask for feedback.
