  • In response to your reply. We did meet with Mackenzie prior to her grooming of Frankie. She did not check him for matts and she made no comment about it. She ran her hand through his coat and made no mention of mats I called after we picked him up and spoke to Christopher and told him what happened. At the time he seemed concerned and told me he would call to follow up. We never received any calls. My wife had called and asked for Brian and was told he would return her call, which never happened. I have debated about responding to your response and my friends who recommended you insist that I do, especially since they had the same issue but decided to have their dogs groomed by you.
