  • Update: Not but 30 minutes after I wrote this review, customer service called to discuss my posting. They were truly sorry for the experience we had, and they're obviously willing to stand behind their service and product. Well done on their part to make amends - obviously doesn't change our original experience, but it certainly bumps them up from my original 3 star rating.
