  • THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY. We brought our 1 year old husky here after our regular vet referred us to get an ultra sound. Our regular vet did not have the equipment to diagnose our pup or give him the treatment he really needed so she sent us to a specialist. She said the internal specialist was unavailable and that we would have to bring him to the critical care area they had so that he could be seen the next day. Every time we would visit him, his cone and face would be covered in vomit and bile. And each time we would ask them to bring us something so that we could clean him ourselves if they could not. He had explosive liquid diarrhea and they did not clean him up after he would go. He would be in the visiting room with us with poop dripping to the floor. It butt was bright red and irritable from not being cleaned. Each night they were unable to tell us what was wrong with him, only that he needed to be kept in the hospital to get better. After 4 days of no improvements, no one informing us of what was wrong with him, and $3,000 later, we decided to take him home against their medical advice and tried oral medication for a few days since he would be more comfortable at home and also because we couldn't afford keeping him there anymore. His entire stay there he refused to eat. 2 days after being home he began to eat and started to gain his strength back. A week later and he is back to his normal energetic self and has made an amazing recovery, no thanks to this place. All they did was milk money out of us telling us to keep him there for observation. We took him home in the same condition he was in when we brought him in. They treated our baby horribly and simply did not care for his well being. We also realized that his whole time there, they never transferred him to the internal specialist. We thought it was the same thing but they are 2 separate offices. If we had left our dog here longer as they advised, I'm afraid it would've only prolonged our pup's pain and misery and he wouldn't have made the recovery that he did make. We will never be returning to this location.
