Wish I could give this place more stars because the Dr. is great; however, the office just isn't run very well. I have waited more than 30 minutes for my appointment on both visits. On my last visit, I was offered an email prescription instead of a paper copy. It seemed like a great idea at the time, until I waited more than a day to receive it and had to call to have it sent, along with a copy of my receipt. Patrick seemed annoyed that I was calling and made me feel as if I were making an unreasonable request to obtain it so soon after my appointment.
Side note: I've never been asked if I want to look at frames. Strange, because there's a large display. One would think that's extra business for the practice, but maybe not.
