For an older hotel it seems to be well maintained and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable, in fact cheaper than the Fairfield or Courtyard. The reason I am awarding 3 stars is because of my experience with the concierge lounge. I am a platinum member and have had a lot of experience with the various concierge lounges and this is the worst. Except for breakfast there is hardly ever an attendant present. They do not have a printer for the computers in the lounge so I had to go down 12 floors and find someone with the password so I could print my boarding pass off the computer down there.
Worst of all was the food. I often will eat out but stop by before bed for a dessert. Don't bother. I have been here 3 times and it's always a waste. Last night I was there it was little tiny dried out lemon bars. If you are going to provide a concierge lounge then do it right or don't do it.
