  • Awful experience. Had to use this establishment because Chapman Chevrolet uses them for "loaner cars" while one of our cars was getting warranty work done. Took an hour. Tried to force us to take the smallest cheapest car in their fleet. Made ME call to get an approval from Chapman to get them to pay upgrade charge (which they immediately did) as we have 2 very high end chevy cars. Paige the "manager" was awful. Very short and rude. I'll never go back there except to return their vehicle as long as she's there. Least it wasn't just us. We sat there for an hour observing her short rude attitude towards other customers and her co workers. --Michael. As to your response. Details are drawn out in my original review.
