  • Our condo was destroyed by a broken pipe in our ceiling. Our tenant came home after work to find it raining in our living room. Our homeowners policy denied the claim saying that since the pipe break was caused by a nail left by the builder (10 years earlier ) it is considered a chronic leak and therefore not covered. UNBELIEVABLE!! Thankfully we contacted LV Construction. They responded to our crisis with courtesy, respect and HONESTY. They worked with our tenant to accommodate his work schedule. Completed the job in 1/2 the time we expected. ( Even working late into the evening and on the weekend ). Taking care to minimize any disruption to our daily lives. They offered cost saving suggestions, cost neutral upgrades, and even added extras at no additional charge to us. They were in regular contact with us through the project updating us on every step. We felt totally in control and comfortable with everything they were doing. We live in Idaho so it was such a relief to find a contractor that we could trust and LV restorations exceeded our expectations. To top it off the workmanship was absolutely flawless. We could not be happier with the quality job that they did for us. Every trace of damage was repaired and in fact the final product was much better than the original builder. ( They were able to replace the flooring with wood floors for the same cost as the original carpeting ). I would highly recommend LV restoration for any project large or small. They are honest, fair, efficient, clean, and highly skilled craftsmen. Do yourself a favor and call them first !!!!
