  • IN REPLY TO THE OWNER: I am actually surprised that you would reply on Yelp because you completely managed to ignore my calls and voicemails prior to this review. The crystals were not crooked or falling off prior to the alterations. The neckline crystals which were untouched by you, were completely straight and no black strings are visible. Magically it seems by your explanation only the crystals on the sleeves that you were working on were crooked. They don't "appear" crooked because of the way they were originally seen. They ARE crooked by how you sewed them. Anyone reading this can look on the picture and see the botched job of multiple knots seen over the crystals that you sloppily sewed on. I am extremely abhorred by your lack of accountability. My mother who is not a seamstress managed to straighten and fix the threading on the crystal as it looked like you tied black knots OVER the crystals in a hurried job. I will not step foot at your establishment and I suggest anyone needing intricate work do the same.
