  • I'm pretty sure the nail tech was new or hasn't had much experience. I went in for a simple gel polish change. She was so rough with the nail file that it cut my skin! I pulled back a few times thinking she'd get the hint that she was hurting me but she just kept filing so rough! I finally told her that it hurt and then she ends up filing and cutting a piece of my skin. It looks small but for anyone who has been cut by your critical, it does NOT feel good! Finally I went to wash my hands and when i come back I notice there's still old polish on my nails. Thinking she'd finish filing it off but she was about to just continue putting on the new polish! I had to stop her and point out there was still old polish. Seriously?! That's just laziness! After all was said and done the polish looks thick and uneven. She didn't even apologize for hurting me.. I've been coming here for about a year and I'm sad to say that today will be my LAST visit.
