  • So devastated and disappointed with my permanent brows. I had them done in April of 2016 and was originally thrilled, but they only lasted a few months before I had to fill them in. Whatever, no biggy. I waited a year before scheduling a touchup. A week after getting my touchup they were mostly healed, but had a few patches that I could tell would only get worse. I knew I'd have to keep filling them in even though they'd just been touched up ONE WEEK prior. I followed all the aftercare procedures perfectly using Aquaphor, saran wrapping them at night, using the recommended sunscreen, etc. so that wasn't the issue. I sent an email (1 week after touchup) saying I was concerned with how it healed, attached a picture and asked if they could be touched up again and at what cost. No response for seven days. Day eight I sent a follow up email and finally got a short response which was just to book ANOTHER touchup through her website (no mention of whether or not I'd be charged). My original cost was $400. The touchup after one year was $200. That's a total of $600 not including tips and I always tip 20% at the very least. Sooo she wanted me to book a touchup for my touchup for another $100? I had expected this to be a fantastic experience that left me feeling beautiful. Instead I'm even more ashamed to take my makeup off. I subtracted 4 stars for 4 reasons (and the remaining star is being generous): 1. I have 1.5 brows and the "good" brow doesn't even look good 2. Thoughtless and awful customer service 3. The $600+ spent for my 1.5 brows, not to mention the four separate trips, time and gas... 4. SEE PHOTO!!! Photo was taken not even a full 2 months after my "touchup" ***Please take your business to someone who appreciates you as their client and makes you feel like the beautiful human you are.***
