  • Ok first of all, guess who is actually afraid of dentists? That would be me! Due to previous experiences (at a dentist in Flagstaff) which involved lots of crying and absolutely no compassion, I put off going to the dentist for a few years. So, after I moved from Flagstaff to Phoenix I had the inkling suspicion that I had a dreaded cavity, and sucked it up and made an appointment here (it's my families dentist). First of all, ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL customer service! I told them about my previous experience and they took the best care of me. Explaining every thing hat was happening, introducing each individual that stuck their hand in my mouth, and being extremely compassionate every step of the way. I would recommend this place a thousand times over. Also, the fact that I got an appointment the day after I called in was actually amazing!
