  • The theater & not the shows ... being reviewed. The staff & customer service/ushers were friendly, and were knowledgeable in doing their job. I was a bit disappointed by the cattle drive of less than 15 min before the show began trying to get over to the elevator at the same time vip pack of people was trying to go up the stairs. It made for some jostling that could have been prevented. The initial instructions I was given is we would go up & then each it go be seated. ..but it was mass pack mentality. Drinks were $14 (pre purchased souvenir cup) for liquor, $9 for a 20 oz coke, and $3 for just over 16 oz of water. Bartender & cocktail waitresses were friendly. The sitting area near the stairs is limited, but seems to be spaces around the bar for VIP, otherwise standing in line seems to be common.
