  • This place is a freaking joke. My folks bought a couch from here and were promised delivered in 5-6 weeks, but the charming salesman said they are usually delivered in a mere 4 weeks. A long time, sure but it was with a custom fabric. A few weeks after the order was placed, they called my mom back as they apparently lost her fabric selection (sign 1 this was going to be a nightmare purchase). At this point there was no mention of a delayed delivery. Fast forward - time passed since order, 5 weeks - my parents try to confirm their delivery date. No one EVER answers their phones. At ANY location. You can leave a message, but you are wasting your breath as no one refer returned multiple phone calls to their different valley locations. (Sign 2 that my folks are never getting their couch) Fast forward to a few days ago. My folks stopped by the store since they have gotten zero communication, and as far as they know this store has closed up shop and taken their money. Lo and behold, they, on their own mind you, find their couch in the loading area! At long last, they should get their couch. But no. Salt Creek Home cannot deliver for "at least" a week and a half (which probably means 3-4 weeks in Salt-Creek-fraud-speak). That will mean this promised in 5-6 weeks sofa will be delivered a mere 9 weeks after purchase. Wtf. I'm no artisan but I think I could craft a freaking sofa myself and drag it from my house in Scottsdale to theirs in Chandler in that time frame. Un-fucking-believable. Scam artists. Liars. Do not ever buy anything from these losers.
