We booked the room last minute for Super bowl weekend and I was impressed on how inexpensive the rooms are compared to the value you get. We paid only $69 and it was totally worth it. Renaissance feels like a chic boutique hotel with more business than entertainment amenities. It's more quiet but i don't mind because I don't want to be around a crowd. There is no casino here. But the lobby is relaxing and close to hang out. However, they are part of the Marriott. I really loved the modern look in the lobby.
Rooms were impressively spacious with a place to work and a couch to relax in. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. I would rate this room better than SLS, Monte Carlo, MGM Rooms, etc. The room even offered free 2 bottles of water, coffee maker, and an empty fridge. They even provide a safe, iron, and ironing board. There are a lot of outlets for electronics. Lastly, the bed was super comfortable and I had one of the best sleep in vegas. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to come back in the near future.
