  • Had a miscommunication when I sent my High functioning, but extremely passive adult autistic dependent son in an effort to keep moving forward in my effort to help him become autonomous ...they said they'd take care of him after I explained what services he needed with the gift certificate he brought with him ... I felt he was convinced to have a service I didn't pay for instead of the ones I did. I called they were EXTREMELY kind and understanding and apologetic and promised to make it right. This is one of the many reasons I recommend this salon. The work they do is exemplary and understanding and willing to fix it if you have any issue. That's just great business alll the way around. GO you'll be happy
