  • I used them for 20 years when Ted was alive. Now that he has passed his son has taken over. He installs the wrong parts and then refuses to come back an make it right. Had to pay another company to put in the correct part so I basically had to pay twice and Kevin at A-1 Ted's will not even acknowledge us. The service has gone way down hill over the last year.
