  • Like others here, I would give zero stars if I could. I have been required to use this service after they took over from Prime Mail. Here are things I have experienced. This is going to be a long post. 1) My doctor sent in 90-day scripts. Their system put it in the mail service associated with the store pharmacy which allows only 30-day scripts. They just didn't fill the scripts because they were "wrong." I was not notified, but when I talked to a rep, I was told it happens all the time because of a problem with their website. 2) They filled a script and sent it to the wrong address then tried to tell me it was my problem and they couldn't fill for another 90 days. After I spoke to a supervisor, I was promised it would be corrected and overnighted at their expense. Never happened. 3) They constantly spam my email box. Seriously, multiple times a day. 4) My prescriptions keep disappearing. My doctor sends them in, I will get one refill, then they are gone. 5) On their website, it is impossible to tell whether you are on the Walgreens store mail section (30-day scripts) or the formerly Primemail mail order section (90-day scripts). When you talk to a customer service rep, they tell you they get complaints constantly. 6) Many of their customer service reps are RUDE. I honestly think this is because they are tired of bearing the brunt of all of the pharmacy mess ups. I feel bad for them. 7) The website is terrible. I cannot do a search on my mail order medications without getting a bunch of results like make-up from their store. I don't want to deal with their advertising when I am trying to order my meds. I used to be able to do it in 5 minutes on Primemail. Now it is 15-20 minutes, if at all. Often, I have to call in because the website is impossible. 8) The website makes you sign an agreement that you will pay, but does not give you a price. Given that they were going to charge me $700 for a script I was previously paying $20 for, this scares the heck out of me. Why did this happen you ask? Because when the script came over from Primemail, Walgreens somehow decided it should be filled with brand instead of generic. I see all of the marketing baloney about how Walgreens took over for Primemail and how it will be the same great service. I call BS. They were not and are still not prepared. I'm sure it has been great for Walgreens bottom line, but from a customer perspective, they are the full on worst experience I have ever had. If I were not forced to use them by Blue Cross Blue Shield, there is NO WAY I would be a customer. Oh how I would love to get in front of the Board of Directors and tell this story!
