rev:text	I went to Kia Tempe to get my oil changed and spoke with a sales rep that I had met at Mark Kia when I purchased my 2015 Kia Soul (he was not my sales rep at that time, although he tried and was told I was being taken care of). Come to find out later, he's the number one car salesman in Arizona for his charm and tactics. He hangs out by the service area on purpose to snag unsuspecting customers. He remembered me, made small talk and then proceeded to tell me that I got screwed by Mark Kia and paid way too much for my vehicle. Long story short, by the time I left, I was driving home a 2017 Kia Soul for $125 more a month and for the extended warranty of $2,500, better known as the hidden service contract fee, which the finance guy never told me about. He only explained the GAP insurance to me. Yes, I was charmed, had, and taken advantage of, but I take 100% of the blame for thinking that this was a good deal and that they actually cared enough to want the best for me. I really thought I was smarter than that. Come to find out, Mark Kia was completely honest with me, no hidden fees, no sales pressure and everyone there is and was extremely friendly. I went back to Kia Tempe only an hour later and spoke with one of the general managers in an attempt to get my 2015 Kia back, but business is business, it's cut throat and no one was willing to help me or gave a damn. Since Saturday, I've been emailing and calling to have someone from Kia Tempe call me so I can get the paperwork I need to cancel the extended warranty. No such luck. Looks like I'll be paying them another visit; one that I do not look forward to making.
