This medical facility has several doctors but my review is based on the facility and staff customer service.
My first appointment went a little rough, although I had filled out paperwork online before my arrival, the staff failed to advise me there is a arrival time 30 minutes prior.
I was early, but not by 30 minutes. My prepared paperwork saved me and I was still seen. GREAT SERVICE!
The facility is quite large but is well kept. The reception desk is nicely designed to accommodate disabled patients. There is ample room for seating as is needed with several doctors. The temperature is comfortable and check ins are quick (nice that no one is ignored here).
The reception staff and insurance staff are efficient and friendly. Even with questions that don't pertain to them.
I have only been in one treatment area which seems more like the wing of a small hospital facility. The Dr. I saw was Dr. Lee (but this part of the review is not for him but his area of the facility). The space is large and the rooms are comfortable. There is ample staff to facilitate patient flow. The doctors see patients in a timely manner as they are directed to by the staff.
Needed referrals and films are sent within hours of having been seen. The staff returns calls promptly. There was only one time I did not get what I needed, but after a staff member apologized emphatically, I realized it was a small oversight and I can accept that things happen. Since then, all appointments have been sooth as silk.
Two stars for cleanliness, reception and check in efficiency, and reception friendliness.
One star for staff attentiveness (which I would consider excellent customer service)
One star for patient scheduling, flow, and referral/film efficiency.
Loose a 1/2 star for the need for more parking and a 1/2 star because it's just hard to get that last 1/2 from me unless you knock my socks off ALL the time!!
