I WOULD have said years ago how wonderful Southwest Gas is.....not anymore! I disconnected service with the provider and luckily saved my printout showing that service was disconnected and that there was a $0 balance on the account. I moved into my new place on Feb 28......5 days ago I recieve a notice from their collection dept. I called the collection dept and they said that they didnt even have my condo listed, hence why I never recieved the "final bill." THEIR ERROR and not MINE. It also took them over a week to get us hot water in our new place....and my fiance was just TRANSFERRING the service from his old place. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!
