| - UPDATE: I recently changed my review from 4 to 3 stars because I was told a rooter and camera would be at my house between 2-5 pm. It's now 6:20 and I never received a call. So I just called the office, they're closed. I finally got in touch with a after hours person and she called the plumber to see where he was, he was just finishing up with a different client. So there I was 5:40 and I was told he'd be here in about 30 minutes. It's now 6:20 (like I said) and still no plumber.
Not only that, I was assured by Stevie the snake, rooter and camera inspection would be done the same day, today. But the after hours person told me the camera would have to be a separate day because the guy who does the camera work usually takes his last call at 4:30. So the after hours lady said she'd call the guy and see if he would come out with the rooter guy and get it done today. Well, that was 5:45 and it's not, 6:25 and still no call back about whether or not he was going to come to run the camera after the auger was completed. Oh, and still no guy here to run the snake, auger, through the drain. I only wish that one company would not only be honest, but keep their word as well. Is that too much to ask for? I think not. This is why my review was at four stars and now is at 3. I'll update it if anything changes but at this rate, it's only going down. They've got a lot to make up for so far. And yes, I get that a job may take longer than expected, but don't guarantee something if you can't keep it. Right? All you Yelpers out there, just know, Billy, who does clean plumbing work, i.e. sinks and bathtubs is helpful. You can read more about him below. He seriously should be the face of the company for all his helpfulness over the phone. Everyone else, just seems like they want to toy with you. Maybe it'll change, probably not as it's 6:30 and still no call or person showing up. Oh and one last thing, stevie said, the auger man would coordinate with the camera man to come out here together. Who can you trust? No one but billy, for he was the only person who gave me FREE honest advice which was the reason I wanted to go with this company. That's changing quickly.
UPDATE 2: It's 7pm and still no call, or sign of a plumber at the house. REALLY!? Like, seriously, this is how you do business? Sad. Lost one more star. Down to 2 now. Will they revive themselves?
UPDATE 3: it's 715 and so I called the office again. Denise gave me Nate's phone number and Nate said they could still come out. Then Jason told me after calling back Denise to tell her Nate...YOU KNOW WHAT, LONG STORY SHORT, GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. ONE THAT MIGHT KEEP THEIR WORD AND NOT GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. AND IF THERES AN OWNER READING THIS, CALL ME. THOUGH IM SURE YOU WONT BECAUSE NO ONE SEEMS TO CALL US BACK. ONE STAR!!!
I gave 4 stars based on helpfulness alone! Keep in mind, I haven't used this company, but I've talked to Billy over the phone and he's very helpful. I'd recommend him based on helpfulness alone! He's truly a nice, honest person who helped me out over the phone for free! Thank you Billy!
