  • Maintenance work sucks! Was upgraded to room 19-113 but only got 4 hours of sleep before a 730 hammering began on a Saturday. BJ from the front desk claimed that no work was being done but I could clearly hear drilling through the ceiling. I called again at 1130 to tell them that maintenance could come in. I wanted to leave and they could check it out. Nobody came as I returned to no note at 3 pm. I called again but the front desk was too busy. The operator took my complaints and asked for maintenance to come again. They warned me it would take at least 30 minutes to come up. An hour later, nothing! I left the room to get peace in the spa. At my expense. Check out could care less. They claimed they'd investigate and send me a survey to fill out. Yeah right.
