  • Normally I am very pleased with this nail salon; however, my experience yesterday left me feeling less than satisfied. I asked for a pedicure and they had me soak for a while until someone was available which is fine. Then a man came in from running errands and came over to do my toes. He was aggressive and seemed annoyed at the situation. He did not say hi when he sat down, but instead talked to the other ladies working. After he had done two coats on my toes he took off all the polish and called a lady over. The lady ended up painting my toes. Not once did they apologize or explain what was going on. He should not be doing pedicures if he cannot paint toe nails. My pedicure took over an hour. At the end of my pedicure a lady came in and asked how long a pedicure would take and the same man said, "30 minutes." I wanted to laugh. Overall, not a great experience and I do not know if I will go there again.
