  • I am 32 and I have never had a facial, which is a crime because I don't have the best skin. I was feeling particularly upset about my extremely congested skin that I knew it was time, but I didn't want to spend globs of money for my first time. Especially since I wasn't too sure if it was worth it. Here comes Groupon with it's offer of 1 Aveda Essential Facial for $30 at Revelations Salon & Spa. I was a little weary that with the Groupon I would be treated differently...like I didn't matter since I was being a cheapskate. I couldn't have been more wrong. Jessi, my esthetician made me feel so comfortable and important which set the mood for the rest of my experience. She really took her time and didn't rush through anything...I never knew a facial could be so relaxing, in fact I dozed off for a couple minutes. I felt so refreshed after my facial and although I didn't feel pressured to buy some of the products she used on me, I still purchased the Herbal Clay Masque and the Skin Firming Toner which she had suggested to help with my congested skin. I have a feeling that my skin will be more radiant after a couple of months, especially after I book another facial appointment in 6-8 weeks. The experience exceeded my expectations and I will gladly spend the $60 it usually costs. I feel it is worth it. Do yourself a favor and request Jessi, you won't be disappointed!
