  • the 'NEW Guide" SUCKS, SUCK, SUCKS, looking at white print on a black background is like looking at headlights coming at you in the dark. there are 'rings' aound the letters for anyone over the age of 40. I guess Direct TV has all 20 y/os workking in the home office. The 'cusotmer service' line takes a good 4 mintues to work though before you get to a human being. SUCKS.
