  • I have a 2000 SUV with 165k+ miles on it which blew a head gasket a few months back. I got a referral to Qualified Automotive, and now my SUV is running better than it has in several years. I now use Qualified for all my automotive repair work - they do great work, warranty their work, charge a fair price, and do not add a markup to parts. In fact, the amount they charge for parts is less than even the prices on the Rock Automotive parts web site. Their customer advisors - Brian and Don - go out of their way to work with you, help you understand the issues, discuss options and make recommendations for you. On one occasion, they even called around junkyards for one particularly expensive part as an option to help save money. They are what every automotive repair shop should be, and they have earned my trust and continued business.
