  • Good flavors, reasonable selection (but upscale, so don't expect a simple pulled pork sandwich). Also, only one type of sauce - I think this is the first place I've ever been to like that, and I've been around... St. Louis, Memphis, Chicago, South Carolina, Dallas, and Kansas City, to name a few. Not cheap, despite the decor, serving platters, Styrofoam cups, handy wipes. Everything's a la carte, so extra for some potatoes, or cole slaw. Can be very crowded, so plan ahead.
