  • Except for Kristine, the PA and the nice front desk lady, this office is completely disorganized. My daughter's standing lab order expired last month with them knowing we had an appointment tomorrow. Our insurance expires tomorrow & it may be a month before the new one starts so Samlaska's office really screwed us because the rest of the staff apparently doesn't keep track of patients to update their lab orders while taking a serious medication (Accutane) and then wastes our time going to the lab only to be turned away because the doctor's office never renewed the lab order. You will have to call several times through out the day because the admin girl doesn't return messages or answer her phone. If you go here, be prepared to have to babysit them to do their job. This is completely unacceptable and perhaps they need to revamp their staff to competent & mature professionals who actually want to work.
