Worst customer service ethics. Scheduled an appointment and stayed home all day for the appointment. Missed a call to say the technician was on the way by 8 minutes (not informed that there is such a thing- I scheduled an appointment and am waiting 4 hours for the tech to show up). Called the driver and customer service 10 minutes after the missed call-back and the tech was rerouted but was not at his next destination yet and both said we would be next on the list. An hour and 45 minutes after the latest time the tech was supposed to show up, I called customer service and they said that because we missed the call-back they would have to reschedule (which turned out to be 24 hours later and could be at the latest midnight). No courtesy call saying your appointment had been canceled, and nothing to be said about what was previous stated by the tech and customer service that they would be on their way after the next call.
On top of that- a brand new AC unit that won't go 3 years without needing fixed and that on top of issues with the unit just after install.
This is no way to run a company. I would drop you like a hot potato if the unit wasn't under warranty, and I wont be using your services nor recommending your company to anyone ever in the future. When you sell a crappy product, have poor installation, and can't get customer service right, it's time to move out of the way and let someone else take over.
