  • My wife went into this store recently and, as she was in line to check out, one of the stylists (Valon) proceeded to tell her how bad her hair looked and how he could help her right in front of other employees. He said things like "You don't want to look like this, do you?" and other nasty comments. My wife was so upset she was crying in the car as she left. She cried again the next day telling me about it. I thought ULTA was supposed to be about making women feel beautiful? This guy was a real POS and shouldn't be employed there. He does not know how to be professional and treat clients. I have been talking with the manager of ULTA about this and it seems he is only going o get a slap on the wrist for doing this. Totally unacceptable! Never going there again!
