  • They run their company very shady and tell you anything to get you to sign up. I love the look and cleanliness of the facility. And having the indoor track is great. But they run their business very shady. One time my payment was to come out they took the money at midnight my bank didn't release my paycheck until business hours so they gave me an overdraft fee. When I asked to do a one-time courtesy cuz I've never been late before and the money was in the bank the same day they refused. Also when I signed up for a 2-year contract I was told I would be getting 2 months free. They said the two months ago at the end of the contract making it a 26 month contract. Now that I want to cancel my membership they say I still have to pay for those two extra months.
