The renovated Thursday's is bright and open and offers the perfect French bistro ambience. The service is courteous and professional and the food is delicious. I had the salmon tartar as an appetizer and it was one of the best id ever had! The Black Cod main was spectacular although I was disappointed to learn that the sauce that I was lapping up with abandon was made with 35% cream! No wonder I was enjoying it so much! I didn't have desert but I will try the profiteroles next time.
