  • Run!....purchased and upgraded phones from Diamond Verizon retailer in Galleria mall for the last 16 years. Under the current management they are liars and cheats. My bill was supposed to go down with the latest upgrades...it went up $200. I turned in two phones and continued to pay. Verizon won't do anything about it they say the kiosk has to take care of it. The kiosk says it's Verizon billing. They r crooks. Do not sign any contract on the ipad....make sure u get a paper receipt and read every word. Tried to address with District mgr.. .he never returned any calls or texts. They r doing something very shady at this location. Have never used anywhere near the data I was paying for.....all of the sudden we r using more than double. THEY ARE CROOKS. Alot of competition...will be switching as soon as I can
