  • If there was a negative rating I would give it. There are barely words to explain how BAD they are in customer service. They're uninformed, lazy and clearly do not care or even know what the words "customer service" mean. Only thing they do at this store is either hide the back, watch football on the phones at front of store or texting on their personal phones. I'm a patient person but I'm tested here.
