  • I had a wonderful appointment with Marion (one of the salon's founders) tonight. I came in for a trim on my very long hair and to get bangs cut in after growing them out for a year, and I left looking and feeling great about my hair. She really listened to what I wanted, looked at the picture I brought in, and then made sure it worked with my hair. The blow-out was absolutely phenomenal, by the way. I would highly recommend Prive before a night out! To save time, Marion had another stylist help her with my blow-out - I felt like a celebrity with two people working on my hair at once! One thing that really stood out to me was that everyone who worked there was really nice. I have sometimes felt intimidated in high-end salons, but this time it felt like they wanted me there and appreciated my business; I appreciated their professionalism and courtesy, and the excellent work Marion did on my hair! For a senior stylist, the price (around $75) was absolutely reasonable and less than you'd pay anywhere else in West Toronto at a reputable salon. I was really, really happy with my haircut, my bangs look great, and they offer free bang trims between appointments.
